Location provided by client. Complimentary within Colombo 1–15, while locations outside Colombo 1–15 are subject to photographer transport charges covered by the client.

Contact us at least 2 weeks prior to your preferred date via a call or WhatsApp message.
What’s Included
Shoot Duration
- 1-hour professional photoshoot at one selected location.
Deliverables
- 15 high-resolution images.
- 5 professionally edited photos selected by the client.
Delivery
- Images provided via Google Drive or WeTransfer within 5 business days of shoot completion.
*An extended shoot time or shoots outside Colombo city limits can be arranged upon prior request, subject to availability and additional charges.
How it works
- Request the service: Contact us via a WhatsApp message or call at least two weeks prior, with your preferred date, time and location.
- Confirmation: Upon reviewing the schedule and availability, our team will confirm the shoot date and final details, including any applicable transport charges if the selected location is outside Colombo 1–15 and other charges for added services or extended hours. Please note that any venue-related fees or special access charges are the client’s responsibility.
- The Photoshoot: Attend your professionally coordinated photoshoot as scheduled. Family members are welcome to join. A one-time complimentary rescheduling is available if confirmed 24 hours in advance.
- Image Selection & Delivery: 15 high-resolution images and 5 professionally edited photos selected by the client will be delivered within 5 business days via Google Drive or WeTransfer.
Important Guidelines
- Photographer Selection: Photographers are provided by DINIDU based on availability and creative suitability. Clients are unable to select individual photographers.
- Videography: Video services and editing are available upon prior request and availability for an additional charge.
- Rescheduling Policy: One complimentary reschedule is permitted, provided we are informed at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that rescheduling is subject to the photographer’s availability.
- Family & Guests: Family members are welcome to be included in the shoot.
- Booking Validity: There is no expiry period for requesting the complimentary photoshoot after your engagement ring purchase.
- Advance Booking: As limited bookings are available each month, early requests are recommended, especially if you have a specific proposal date in mind.
- Add-On Services: Added services, including extended shoot hours and videography, may be provided, subject to a prior request, availability and additional charges.
Consent & Privacy
We will provide a consent form to request your permission to feature your photographs on the official DINIDU website, social media channels and digital and non-digital advertisements. Images will be published only with your confirmed consent.

Can we bring family?
Yes, you can. We recommend keeping the group small to ensure the shoot remains intimate and runs smoothly.
Can we choose our photographer?
Photographers are provided by DINIDU based on availability and suitability for the shoot. While individual selection is not available, you may share reference images or a preferred theme, and we will do our best to align the creative style accordingly.
Can we add videography to the photoshoot?
Yes. Videography and video edits are available as optional add-ons and can be arranged for an additional charge, subject to prior notice and availability.
