    Yes. We offer complimentary professional cleaning and inspection services to help maintain your jewellery’s brilliance and longevity.

    Due to the bespoke nature of our creations, returns and exchanges are not accepted for domestic custom orders. 

    For a domestic standard order, while it cannot be cancelled or returned upon confirmation, it can only be exchanged for another jewellery item within seven (7) days of purchase. For more information, refer to our return and exchange policy.
