Do I need an appointment to visit the boutique?
Appointments are recommended for bespoke and custom services. However, walk‑ins are welcome depending on availability.
What is the cost of jewellery cleaning and polishing?
Complimentary jewellery cleaning and polishing services are offered for DINIDU gold jewellery. For DINIDU gemstone jewellery and items not purchased from us, a quote will be provided upon request and following inspection.
What does the jewellery cleaning & polishing service involve?
We clean, polish, and inspect your piece in‑house to restore its shine and ensure it’s in optimal condition.
Do I need proof of purchase for engraving or resizing services?
Proof of purchase is preferred but not always required. Our team will confirm based on the individual case.
What does “upgrading a design” mean?
Upgrading means transforming an existing piece (e.g., resetting the stone, redesigning the setting) while retaining its original value and sentiment.
How do online purchases and in‑store pickup work?
You may place an order online or via a direct message and opt to collect it at our boutique. You will be notified when it’s ready.
What payment methods do you accept?
